About Me

Before deciding to open a wellness practice, I spent 22 years in a job that I loved for many reasons – the people, learning new things, and helping others – but it left me feeling unfulfilled. The illness of a beloved family member reminded me how short and precious our lives are; that gave me the courage to begin a new journey toward helping others who are struggling.

I am committed to establishing a solid connection right from the first consultation. I believe that our mental and physical health are intertwined, and my approach to therapy involves all aspects of a person. Together, we work toward building an understanding and overcoming life’s challenges.
